Wedding Gown Rental Services
Booking and Confirmation
The booking fee is non-refundable and forfeited upon cancellation. Booking is confirmed after payment and receipt of an order number. Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled, and payments are non-refundable.
Gown Selection and Exchange
Renters can change their gown choice within one week of booking. Changes must be for items of equal or higher value and used on the same date. Additional RM 100 will be charged for exchanges made after one week. Only one exchange is allowed.
Booking Fee and Transferability
The booking fee is non-transferable. Promotional or sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Responsibility for Damage or Loss
Renters are responsible for any damage or loss of rented items. Replacement costs or item value will be charged.
Rental Duration and Returns
The standard rental period is 5 days. A late return penalty of RM 100 per item per day applies after the return date.
Additional Damage/Cleaning Fee
A cleaning/damage fee of up to RM 300 may apply for excessive dirt, stains, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
